nervous about flying at 21 weeks...
I flew at 4w and again at 5w and everything was fine. I'm now 21w and flying today (a relatively short domestic flight) and I'm a little nervous. I'm dressed comfortably, plan to buy a big bottle of water at the airport, and walk halfway through the flight... any other tips? We're also flying internationally in a little over 2 weeks and I'm sure I'll be even more nervous then!

i don't think there's any reason to be nervous!!! I'm flying a month from now, i'll be just over 17 weeks. I keep reminding myself that tons of ppl do it.

Maybe get compression socks? My friend got those for a long flight to Italy. You prob don't need them for the short flight though!

i flew at 9 weeks for work and 22 weeks for vacation. Totally fine.
For the longer trip, I would just make sure to get up and move about a bit more.

I'm sure you'll be fine! I asked all these girls about flying at 34 weeks, and I got a big OK! I also grilled my OBGYN to make sure it was OK and he was totally fine with it!

Re: nervous about flying at 21 weeks...
I flew at 19 weeks and my OB had me get a pair of knee-high diabetic compression socks to wear on the flight. They were like $5 at the drug store. They had me walk around every 30 minutes during the flight (it was about a 3-hour flight) and made sure to drink a ton of water. I also let the flight attendants know I was PG (which helped because I had to pee like 20 times, it was embarrassing lol). I think the socks were to help make sure there were no blood clots or something since there's so much extra blood volume.

you will be fine i flew at 37 weeks anf it was fine
it is not that hard- the only time it was hard for me was sittting on the runway when it was 90 degrees out at 34 weeks - while we waited out a thunderstorm
just get up and don't be afraid to ask to use the bathroom if there is any kind of ground hold

Re: nervous about flying at 21 weeks...
thanks everyone! the flight was fine but we were the row before the emergency exit so our seats were extra upright and didnt recline which was annoying and uncomfortable. I'm going to check our return seats and try to switch them if they are the same.
Also, the passenger diagonal from me puked violently twice during the flight, but luckily I couldn't smell it.
I walked and drank lots of water and otherwise everything went well
