1600 sq ft.

4 bedrooms (one as an office, one as a guest room). 2 baths one huge downstairs and one normal sized upstairs.

small kitchen with breakfast nook, L shaped LR, dining room, big foyer, laundry room. Unfinished basement.

Short tour for sure.

2 bedrooms and a bath upstairs, 2 bedrooms (converted to office and work out room) downstairs) plus kitchen, living room and bathroom. Full finished basement has 1 large playroom, 1 work room and 1 laundry room - plus a small storage hot water heater room and boiler room. All packed into 1600 square feet (excluding bathrooms and basement rooms).

Basement is finished ( will be redoing, because they did a super shittty job) but it has 2 bedrooms, and a mini kitchen and full bath.after we redo it, it will be one huge open space with a kitchen. Playroom and drum room will ne included in dh man space.

i have a split, so
LR, DR and kitchen are one floor

3 bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs

playroom/4th bedroom is up another flight

downstairs is what will be family room(work in progress!), laundry room and a big storage room plus crawlspace

I think our house is about 2000 sq. ft. it is a Victorian so it is laid out as such.

Both living rooms and dining rooms are "L shaped" so technically they're each one big room, but they're separated pretty well.
