Does anyone know of any other types of loans besides FHA loans, that don't require you to put down 20%? Thanks so much for any info!

We got a conventional mortgage (non-FHA) with 17% down.

You can get a conventional mortgage with less than 20% down. I work with a mortgage lender that will do as little as 5% down for a very qualified buyer.
But with a conventional loan, if you don't have 20%, you pay private mortgage insurance.
