Continental Home Loans: your thoughts??

I was wondering if anyone had experience with CHL and what they thought about them. If you want to send my FM, that would be great too! I appreciate any advice or information as always!

We used them - They were phenomenal, easy to get in touch with, and when push came to shove, got it done quickly and were always pleasant. We worked with Vic and Tracy at the Patchogue office We closed 9/27

Also used them and they were excellent! We used Mike Studley and he was really amazing!

i am currently pre-approved with them. Using Tony Auffant. My bff used them too, and liked them. the underwriter was a bit of a PITA. but they are quick... 45 days, is average closing... not bad at all...

so far so good with my dealings. i have asked a lot of questions thus far.

We used them and they were amazing! We were first time homebuyers and were completely lost but everyone was so nice to us and took the time to answer every question we had.
