I just did, I couldn't take the double name thing anymore. I know its soon but if god forbid something happened, I'd be glad to have this board if I needed. KWIM?

I was thinking of coming out after my first appointment on 5/4 (as long as everything goes ok). I'll be 8w2d but I know that is early.
The only reason I am in hiding is because I know quite a few people here IRL and DH and I don't want to tell anyone until we know for sure everything is ok.

I never made a fakey name, but I think I introduced myself around 8 or so weeks. I was still waiting for my first appointment and god forbid anything happened, I would need to talk it out.

With my first pregnancy I tried the hiding thing. that lasted a day or two and then I messed up the sign on's. It was just too much.
I later on had a mc and honestly I was so glad I was on as me and I was just able to be me and talk openly about it.
So I totally know what you mean. The support helps.
I didn't even do a fakey name this time... When I got my BFP I just posted about it.

I don't plan to ever. a few friends know who I am and as people figure me out I'm fine with that. I'm hiding from specific people and those people will never figure out this name

I just came out over the weekend, at about 7.5 weeks. I know a number of people on here IRL, and didn't want them finding out on here, and also didn't want the word spreading too early. I had my first appt. last Wednesday and then we told our families and closest friends on Saturday and Sunday and then I came out on here.

I don't plan to ever either. I feel I can be more open being in hiding. And this is my only sign in on LI families. I just started it a few weeks ago.

I don't plan to ever either. I feel I can be more open being in hiding. And this is my only sign in on LI families. I just started it a few weeks ago.
I had a few issues with people from work and family memebers that i don't talk to under my real name seeing things. This way I can post TMI type stuff and not think uhhh the people who i don't want to see this may see it.
