Exercise
I wanted to get some advice on exercising. I'll be 12 weeks this Thursday and I've been going to the gym for the last 3 weeks but only about 1 - 2 times a week. (In the beginning I felt like I couldn't go at all because I felt so sick.) I'm going to try going more often over the next 6 weeks when our gym memberships expire. We're not renewing because we plan to move.
ANYWAY...My question is: can any of you recommend exercises to do at the gym and at home. All I wind up ever doing is going on the treadmill and the ab roller (I read that it was safe in the first tri so I'll be stopping that after this week.)
Thanks!

Re: Exercise
I exercise about 4-5 days a week and also let my membership expire. I try to mix it up between walking, riding a stationary bike, and doing some prenatal aerobic videos. I also incorporate weights into two of those days.

Re: Exercise
I use my on demand and also DVR to tape exercise shows. I bought an exercise ball and I have 5 lb and 8 lb dumbbells. I exercise about 5-6 times a week, mostly at night. It has kept me in good shape and I have not gained much weight at all. It keeps me feeling normal.

Re: Exercise
i lift and do the elliptical... i think most things are safe as long as you're not on your back or lifting over your head
