anyone else feeling completely overwhelmed
I have been really overwhelmed and stressed out. I am having masjor issues with my MIL (we actually don thave a great relationship anyway) now she is causing all this drama and putting my Dh in the middle. Work is so crazy, trying to prepare for leaving and not sure where to begin and planning for the baby. We are also still trying to sell our apartment because we have no room for this baby. Urgh Need a break from all this stress.

Re: anyone else feeling completely overwhelmed
YES and FM me if you ever want to chat. I feel like there are a million things on my plate and I hate making decisions generally so all of the registering, deciding on furniture, etc stuff is driving me crazy in addition to a lot of other things. The icing on the cake is the lease to our 1br running out the week after my due date so we not only need to talk to management about whether we can end a month early (and what penalty) but also decide where we are going to move to and nobody rents apartments this far in advance. I feel like my head is going to explode on a daily basis

Re: anyone else feeling completely overwhelmed
Take it easy and a day at a time. Babies are comfortable anywhere...believe me...you won't be needing that much space at first. Worry about it later. Forget about your MIL because right now is about you and bringing a healthy baby into this world. Make sure you speak to your husband and communicate how you feel. If he doesn't respond on how you feel, I would "use" your pregnancy as an excuse. For example: "stress is not good for the baby and my pregnancy, if is not too much to ask, can you please speak to your mom and keep her at bay. Please worry about your baby" or something like that. Sometimes we need to put a "guilt trip" for our husbands to listen. As far as work, I am pretty sure they will be able to handle it.....don't stress.
Many blessings and I wish you the best!

Thanks for all of your prays and blessing I really do appreciate it. My DH does support me, but does not want to be in the middle of me and his mother. He just says to her you need to talk to my wife, but I dont need the stress of talking to her, so he is not much help. She only wants things her way and tries to make me look like the b**** wife. Its really difficult. My parents are upset that she is doing this to me also. Such a mess. The guilt trip wont work with her anyway. She told my Dh to keep a secret from me which he did not and if she really cared about my baby and my well being than she would not to that.

You’re mother in law sounds like a piece of work… I have such IL issues when it comes to my SIL. I won’t bore you with all the details… but I flat out told DH what happens in your parents’ house I don’t want to hear about it. Unless someone is in the hospital, jail, kicked out or failing school then tell me. Other than that I could care less if they argue every day. I’ve voiced my opinion and I get myself too worked up over them and nothing in that house changes. I can’t change it so I’m done aggravating myself because of it. It’s bad enough I get heart palpatations every time we discuss his family!! Plus we argue about it. Work is the LAST thing you should be thinking about. Whatever you leave behind, will be picked up by someone else. With my 1st pregnancy I was out on bed rest for two days and someone picked up my slack when I was gone. I know it was a short time but other ladies here have been on bed rest longer. Trust me the work will still be there and they will find someone to take care of it. We had Xavier in the bassinet in our room for the first 3 months. DH and my dad finished the nursery a month before we transitioned him into his crib. Not sure what your baby sleeping situation will be, but if it’s like mine, DON’T WORRY. It will get done. I’m embarrassed to say I still haven’t finished decorating Xavier’s room or the rest of the house for that matter...

I know isnt she. Crazy. I had issues with my SIL too, but we are working things out. At least she is trying to make things better. My MIL is not unless its her way. its really frustrating. My mom said to just move on and not even think about it. If nothing changes they wont be able to come when the baby is born. I will have enough on my plate. Sounds like you have alot of the same, its stinks because who wants this. PLus when its not your family its worse.
We are getting the PNP with bassinet for our room and the crib in the living room for now. So that is the plan if we are still there.
thanks, at least I am not the only one with MIL issues. Thanks for the
