I flew Delta from JFK to Salt Lake City Utah in December and there were TV's in each seat. HTH.

Some planes do but not all. JetBlue is has them on every plane.

Guess all the planes are different for delta. Just got off a flight and their were tvs in the ceiling every couple of rows

It depends on the legnth of the flight. When you are booking it will show you the services included in the flight, ie TV, food options, etc. Take a look.
If it does have TV id suggest going with delta over jet blue. The TV's on delta are much better and everything is on demand. Jet Blue still has the old system where there are 3 movie choices and you have to watch them 10 mins after you take off, or you miss it. Delta has so many choices, plus HBO, etc.

The last Delta flight I was on had them, but charged for headphones. And the TVs were so crappy that the picture was only on half the screen. United was excellent though! TVs, blankets, pillows, headphones, all complimentary!
