My heart feels like it's racing
This has started happening to me recently. I know it happens during stress. Thanks to ILs
Anyway, I checked my pulse and I'm fine but I still feel like my heart is pumping faster than normal. Anyone else go through this? I've been sitting at my desk for the past 2 hours straight. I just hate the feeling.

Re: My heart feels like it's racing
if you're under a lot of stress or have any anxiety this will happen.
My heart races anytime I'm upset or very very nervous but it goes away quickly as long as I take deep breaths and just relax for a few minutes.
Feel better

Re: My heart feels like it's racing
that used to happen to me before I was PG, before i was diagnosed with a thyroid problem. if it keeps up i'd ask for the doc to keep a special eye on your TSH/T4 levels. feel better!

Re: My heart feels like it's racing
I get that also. My dr said that your heart has to work harder when pg because of increased blood flow. I hate the feeling. It makes me even more anxious, which definitely doesn't help.
Make sure you mention it to your dr at your next appt.

I will tell my Dr. thanks. I do notice when I walk fast or am running after my toddler it happens but that fades quickly. It's when I'm stressed or anxious is when it bothers me.
