So dizzy - What should i eat

I am lying in bed bc I am sooo dizzy I am scared to get up! At around 6am I got up to use the bathroom and I was dizzy right away. I figured it was bc I got up to fast, so I lied back down and have been lying on my left side. I am nervous bc I am still dizzy. I want to go drink some oj but scared to get up!

UPDATE:

So i finally got up and now i am at work, but i really have not eatten anything? any advice on what i should get? Should i just eat anything or should i avoid certain food?

I do this too -- get up at least once a night to pee and refill a solo cup full of water -- during the night I drink almost 2 full red solo cups of water.

Crackers and toast
sometimes gatorade is good b/c it has electrolytes. Gives you a little sugar. SOmething a bit heavier than water
I drink that when I'm really thirsty and light headed

See how the crackers and/or toast goes and then try something else

I have been dizzy but usually during the day at work, probably from over-doing it. The only food that really sits right for me now is carbs. I think it's important that you eat something regularly, that could attribute to your dizziness.

Re: So dizzy - What should i eat

That always seems to happen to me.. I keep a bottle of water and some chex mix cereal next to the bed so I eat as soon as I wake up before getting out of bed & the dizzyness has seemed to stop.
