what have you done so far?

I am 19 weeks so I'm not that far along but I realized that's almost half way & now I'm a little overwhelmed.
I don't know anything!
What should I do first? Visit hospitals, take birthing classes, watch a birthing video, read another book, look into baby products, decorate the room? aahh

I have so much to do!
Just wondering when everyone else started doing all these things. Hopefully I'm not too far behind & I'm just being crazy

i'm 25 weeks. I've registered. That's it.

haven't signed up for any classes yet. read too many books. and we sure have not started the room!!

And I only registered about 2 weeks ago.

At 29 weeks:

The nursery is complete as far as painting and putting down a floor. Just waiting for the furniture to be delivered. Have to buy an area rug which I already found just waiting on the furniture so that I can measure to make sure that it's the correct size. Have to put up wall decals and decorate the room.

I registered for a breast feeding class and the hospital tour for April 5th (i'll be 31 weeks)

I have been registered since 20 weeks but I have added little things here and there since then.

I am 21 weeks and have done nothing because I am on work overload six days a week.

At 27 weeks:

-we registered
-ive been reading books what to expect, and pregnancy week by week
-we actually started working on the nursery (well my dad is anyways)
fixing up the closet, adding crown molding

and umm thats about it!

at 17.5 weeks we know the gender and are preparing to start registering. Waiting for the new baby bargains book and doing some research.

I know what hospital we are delivering at but haven't done any tours or classes.

we are finalizing our babymoon which we are taking in about 6 weeks.

we have no idea where we are going to live next year. we live in a 1br in the city and were thinking about moving to queens but now we are second-guessing and considering staying in the city but moving to a 2br/junior4.

we have a first name picked out but not a middle name.

shower planning (date and venue) is in the works but not set yet.

we are "out" to just about everyone.

i could probably use a bit more maternity clothes but have enough to get by for now.

i am 30+ weeks -

nursery is painted and carpeted and furniture arrived today.

my shower is next saturday

i havent taken any classes nor do i plan on it

i read baby bargains in the beginning

name is picked (no middle name though yet)

plan to put the stuff we already have away today

I'll be 22 weeks tomorrow and all i've done is registered, but not totally done because the doctor won't give me a def. answer about the sex of the baby!

as far as classes, i've looked into some, but havent signed up for any.

and books, i've only read half of the one my doctor gave me.

so you're not behind at all!

so far we've:
-ordered the furniture
-registered
-basic concepts for the nursery
-my mom planned and scheduled and will soon send out invites for the shower in May

what i havent done -
-formally decided where we are living
-taken any classes (although planning to do so in april)
-read any baby books

- i registered
- began nursery (moved out all furniture, ripped up carpet, will start paint this week and then carpet)
-ordered and rec'd furniture
- as for book si read baby bargains, and im reading 2 week by week pregnancy books
- havent taken any classes and i dont think i will

Almost 30 weeks with twins

DONE
-Ordered the furniture (hoping it comes earlier than they estimated)
-Closet is ready with clothes (definitely need the dresser to put more clothes in)
-Have a lot of DD's stuff, like the pack n play and bouncy seats and play mats
-Pump is ready to go if I use it
-same Ped as DD's

NEED TO DO
-Still need to order a glider/recliner (hopefully today)
-need to order bedding
-need to order wall accessories
-need to pack my hospital bag since the
could make an early appearance
-need to order a stroller for twins
-need to buy a bigger car
