New with a question
Hi ladies!
I'm very happy to join this board! I have a 22 month old and just got my BFP yesterday at 16dpo!
My question for you ladies is, when was your first appt with your OB? Mine didn't schedule me until April 12, which seems late, almost 8 weeks. Is that the norm? With DS, my cycle was so screwy that I went in at 4 weeks, 5 weeks and 6 weeks.

Congrats!!!
Many doctors won't have you come in until somewhere between 6-8 weeks. Especially if they do a sono at the first visit, they have you come in at 8 weeks.

my dr wanted me to come in between 6-7 weeks - I am going at 6 weeks 4 days

Congratulations!
My first appointment I was 5 weeks and 2 days and there wasn't a heartbeat.
I went back in 1 week later at 6 weeks & 4 days and there was a strong heartbeat.
So I think being 8 weeks is safer then going too early & having to worry if there is no heartbeat!
