and the idea that radiation is leaking there just kills me. I remember going to Hiroshima and seeing the chronicles of the devastating effects the radition exposure had on the southern part of the country after the bomb. and now, the northern area is experiencing something similar. 
This is my big concern. If the radiation is leaking and they can't get it under controls, people dont realize that I believe can stay in the environment for years. People may not be able to live in that area for years to come depending on the damage from the radiation. It seeps into everything possible.

So sad...I have been listening to NPR nonstop to keep apprised of what is going on. Right now the radioactivity is headed to sea so that is one blessing.
