Eh. Not loving it LB. The blue would pull out your gorgeous blue eyes and I do love maxi dresses, but I feel with the length and pattern there is just too much going on. If it was short, I would like it.

Nay...the length is annoying me 
It should either be shorter - right above the knee or longer - straight to the floor. I hate when you can the shoes you are wearing with a maxi...I think it may be just me though

I saw it in the store and it's LONG - totally a maxi - and I would wear it with flats

if i saw that in the store i probably wouldnt buy it
i also wouldnt wear it with heels..
to me maxi dresses are for flip flops etc.
