what questions do you ask babysitter/day care provider?
So I am meeting with a potential babysitter/day care person within the next 2 weeks. It's a woman who would be watching the baby out of her home along with her own baby.
What kind of questions should I be asking? I’m not sure where to start

Is she CPR certified?
Do you have to pay her for holidays/vacations/days your baby is sick or she is sick?
Does anyone smoke in the house?
Does she have visitors over during the day?
Where will the baby sleep during the day?
Does she want you to pack a bag daily or should you have doubles of everything (bottles, binkies, clothes) at her house?
Will she be leaving the house with the baby?

If they provide food for the baby--or do you have to supply your own? (Probably not relevant right away but will be down the line)
If she has a back-up in case she has a serious emergency while caring for the child?
