Hudson Valley?
Looking for:
1) Place to Stay
and
2) Place to eat, even just coffee, where we can look out at the water or mountains- anything- just a pretty view
Planning one night away with DH - something kind of nice, romantical.

Mohonk Mountain House is really nice and romantic, though a little on the pricey side. There's also a place called Emerson Spa and Resort that it supposed to be really nice.
