please recommend your video monitor
I returned my Summer infant day and night hand held video monitor because of the recall and because I was getting a lot of interference. I now have a BBB store credit but I'm not sure which video monitor to get.

I think it was the Day and Night one but when I returned it BBB said it wasn't really recalled and Summer Infant was giving warning stickers to put on the monitor telling people not to put them in baby's reach.

they pulled all summer infant monitors from shelves to add additional warnings about putting cords within the reach of children.

I love our summer infant best view - the recall was just to add warning signs, not bc of product defects.

I think one was recently recalled because the battery was getting too hot. I think Summer also issued a warning because some kids have died due to grabbing the cord and pulling into the crib
I have 2 summer monitors.
a 3 year old day & night handheld from when DD#1 was a baby
Sleek & Secure - which is in DD#1 room so we can talk to her when she wakes up too early & tell her to relax a little longer

I LOVE my Summer Best View. Only camera I know of that lets you pan when the child moves. Worth every penny.
