yes, but we bought a less expensive portable PNP for trips. Just feel better about using my own and we're guarenteed to have one. It packs up so small and fits in a larger suitcase we use to put in the sheets, diapers, sippy cups, some food, etc

wow, which pnp is this?

something similiar to this one

portable PNP

Only $59. We got ours at BRU. Worth it for when we go on weekend trips or stay at a friends, etc. Not as firm as the more expensive ones, but you don't use it too much. The PNP we have at the house is too big and heavy

I would, but I bring that thing everywhere with me.
I lug it to the pool on my block, the park, the beach, hotels.

It is just so nice to have a little jail cell for her.
I would bring it and pull it out on the pool deck if I were you also.

great idea re pool deck but there will NEVER be enough room there...if you can even get a seat at the pool.
My biggest pet peeve about cruises...no seats at the pool on days at sea days..unless you get there at 5am!

What kind of state room are you in?
Most of them there is no way a PNP will even fit in the room

ITA!!!

ITA - the rooms are tight!

The only thing I would consider is how big is the pack and play - what kind of room do you have? The cruises are pretty tight - will you have enough room to have it open?

Have you considered one of those small folding kids travel tents they are small so easy to travel with - they aren't as big as a pack and play and you can zip it close so it might be fun to sleep in?

We actually put DD in the closet! Well, it was the closet area right outside the bathroom. The pack n play fit there and it worked out perfectly! While she was sleeping, we could still be in the actual room and she wasn't able to see us! If you can do this, I highly recommend it!
