Do your kids eat fish?
Just wondering if your kids eat fish.
DS likes white fish and I make him "fish nuggets" (fried scallops).
How do you prepare it for them?
When did they start eating fish?
How old are they now?
What kinds do they eat? Don't they eat?

My DD eats everything. She first had seafood at 13 months when we made a trip to Ocean City, MD. She eats shrimp, clams, mussels and lobster. She also likes fish sticks. She's 3.5 now.
DS won't even look at it.

DS used to like tunafish sandwiches and fish sticks (I know, but hey, its a lot since I don't eat any myself).
Lately, he is in a funk and is turning down these items (he is 2).

White fish - flounder, tilapia. Not sure if he would like other fish - we don't really so we only have the white fish.

DD eats all fish.
DS will eat fish sticks & sometimes fish fillets if it's not processed cr@p, he doesn't like it. He's had tuna before.

He hasn't yet, but I think it's because we aren't big fish eaters here. Once in a blue, I will get a craving for salmon, but I'm the only one who eats it.

I hate fish of any kind. So does dh. We will not be the ones introduces any fish to ds. I cant even make tunafish without wanting to vomit. So no fish for him.

yes. he eats most fish. not too keen on shellfish yet though. I think it's a textural thing.
but he loves filets and any type of soup/chowder.

DD does. She's had salmon, tilapia, whiting and some other seafood like shrimp, calamari and lobster. She lucked out Christmas Eve and got to try a variety of stuff . So far she seems to like it.
ETA: I don't remember when we first gave her fish but I think it was around 10 months or so. However it's prepared for us, is how she will get it (just mashed up or cut up smaller of course). Usually just baked or fried with some sauteed onions and tomatoes.
