If you have wooden blinds..
do you feel you lack a lot of natural sunlight, even when they are opened?
I'd love to get wooden blinds, but wanted to get opinions.

cant you raise the blinds if you feel you aren't getting enough light?
We definitly plan to get wood blinds.

If you raise them I don't see how you can be omitting any light that would normally come into the room. I absolutely love mine, however I do think they create a masculine feel to the room. Maybe its just me or the room. Right now its an office but it will be our son's room when he moves out of the nursery.

I rarely raise the, just open the slats. Plenty of light, but I have alot of windows in that room plus 2 skylights.

we have wooden blinds and i love them... tehy are in my kitchen and i have no issues with light getting into the kitchen. i highly recommend them, as they look great!

I do, and get plenty of light when they are open. It is super super dark when they are closed.

I just ditched my curtains for fake wood blinds in our kitchen & love how much more light we get in our already dark house! I like it with just the slats open but DH keeps pulling them up as well...either way lots of light!
