Anyone ever use one of tax reduction services?
We are always getting brochures in the mail that say they can lower your taxes and you only have to pay them if they reduce your taxes. Anyone ever use a company like that? If so what were your experiences? It seems too easy and good to be legit.

I've used Mark Lewis multiple times....we always win.
I tried to have ours reassessed with mark lewis...and he told us...that were were wayyy underassessed as it was and to not even bother....

yes - you only pay if they're successful.
My advice though - use an ATTORNEY who specializes in tax certiorari proceedings. You'll pay the same and you'll get real legal representation.
Regardless of how easy the tax reduction agencies make it seem, you are filing a LAWSUIT.

Yes, use a lawyer. Ours would have been cheaper than what we paid Mark Lewis.

used mark lewis and won! Payment too mark lewis wasnt bad. Had to give half of first years win.

Yes - we used Mark Lewis and won. It is a long process though - upwards of 18 months.
