Baby's nails
DS is 3 months old and scratches his face ALL the time! I cut his nails (which gives me major anxiety) and file them...yet, he still has cuts on his face everyday! When he gets upset he puts his hands up to his face and kind of wrings them, which I guess causes the scratches.
Any ideas??? He is a bit big to be wearing those little mittens, right?

Re: Baby's nails
I was going to suggest the mittens... if they make them in his size, then no, he's not too big They might have to do the trick until he gets a better at controlling his movements.

ITA. For me, I also need to use a certain clipper. I have 2, one that works better for his toe nails and one that works better for his fingernails. If I use the one I use for his toenails on his fingernails he always winds us with little scratches on his face!
