One day in Paris..
What would you do if you only had ONE day in paris? (We are staying overnight).

I have had one day in Paris...sounds like a porn film. Everyone in my office went to Paris to see Madonna a few years ago, it was great fun.
(as I have mentioned before) I am a big fan of the hop on hop off bus tour, takes you everywhere and you can literally, hop on and hop off!!!

We only had one day in Paris -- and we just did a TON of walking.
I know people will say it's not worth it if you only have one day - but I'm a HUGE museum buff, so I just had to see the Louvre was a must for me that day. (Others say the Musee de Orsay is even better - but we could only do one.)
We did a riverboat cruise up the Sienne River. Checked out the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, and walked up the Champs de Elyses browsing thru stores to the Arc de Triomphe.
We walked thru so many of the streets and crossed bridges just for fun and really it was just a nice day.

morning- lourve or musee d' orssay
lunch on rue clair and shop on rue clair for chocolates, cheese, wine etc..
see the Arc (no need to go up that either)
walk down champ elysees
go inside notre dame (you can breeze in and breeze out)
see eiffel tower at night..it sparkles between 9-10 pm i think (no need to climb it imho)
have an amazing dinner!
its very possible!!

I'd definitely go up on the Eiffel Tower it was amazing, but buy your tix online so you can avoid waiting on line.
The Lourve is awesome and I would definitely go to Notre Dame, though unless you want to walk up ALOT of steps nix going to the top.
The hop on/hop off are a waste IMO I think time is better spent doing one or two things taking your time than rushing seeing a lot of things.
I would buy a one day pass for the Batobus so you can get around easily without walking too much.
Definitely get a nutella crepe.
