LOVE our floors! w/ pics
We are so happy with the way the floors came out (we did the whole 1st floor). We went with minwax Provincial stain, and 2 coats of poly. Moulding is done (we only did in LR and DR), bannister is done, and painter starts tomorrow!
We used Avista Hardwood Flooring and I definitely recommend 10000%!
(lots of before pics in my album if anyone's interested)

stacey we just took off the covers to get the rugs up and to make it easier for the floors to be done.

did you have them refinished or did you have them installed?
if installed, i was curious to see what the costs are with doing a project like this. our condo is just beautiful but we don't have wood - i wanted them installed eventually.

They were refinished, BUT, the company we used does do installation - i'd def. call for a free quote. I will say this - we got 5 quotes to have this work done and we were quoted as much as $2200 more than we wound up paying!!! So they're definitely reasonable with prices imo.
