NPR: Cleaning Lady Tip
How much do you tip your cleaning lady? Sometimes we have three, sometimes two. How much would you tip? We pay $120 every two weeks. TIA

I have never tipped the cleaning people.. they are being paid for their service.. if you want to give them something extra for the holiday, fine, but otherwise, i wouldn't.

I have a woman that works for herself and I don't tip her. I do plan on giving her something for the holiday but I'm not sure what is appropriate yet

We used to have a service come every other week. If it was 3 people I would give them $10 each if it was 2, we would give them $15 each.

I have a woman who brings 2 or 3 helpers with her each time, and we don't tip her. She quoted me a price when we first met, and that's what we pay.
during the holidays, i do give her an extra payment as a 'thank you' for the excellent service during the year, and because its a nice thing to do.
