Can anyone recommend a good Chrysler or Honda Dealership
I'm looking to buy a minivan soon and am looking to go to a good dealership.

Honda - Nardy in St. James. We got our CR-V from them and I'd go back in a second.
I emailed other Honda dealers and found them to be pushy.

I can tell you that my sister had a terrible experience with Babylon Honda... they really jerked her around badly, and I feel like they tried to take advantage of her. I would NOT recommend them, due to her experience there.

We only buy from Babylon Honda. My husband has gotten his last 4 cars from them, plus my brother in law and mother in law.

we got our odyssey at huntington honda. they gave us the best price and I emailed every dealership in the area. others wouldn't honor the huntington price i got. they were very nice there, not pushy either. i can't stomach slimy car salesmen. check out truecar.com and carbuyingtips.com...they helped us.

Don't go to Woodside Honda - they were AWFUL!! I have a whole long laundry list of things that they did badly...

I've leased 3 cars from Atlantic Honda... I've always had an OK experience w/ them... I find the entire car-shopping thing distasteful anyway.. LOL

I got my first honda at Huntington
My 2nd honda at Atlantic
my 3rd at Honda city in Levittown. My cousin works there
I hate huntington with a passion.
Atlantic was ok.
Honda City I found to be the best-not only bc my cousin works there but eveyone was so nice and not pushy before they knew who I was.

I had a horrible experience at Huntington Honda. I really think the guy was trying to jerk me around b/c I'm a woman. I ended up walking out and the salesperson called the next day trying to get me to buy from him. Ended up buying an accord at a honda place in Patchogue. I had an ok experience there.

I liked Nardy also. I bought my Accord there and a year later sent my mom there when she bought her Odyssey. When my Accord was totaled, I got a better price from Millenium Honda and against my better judgment used them instead of Nardy. Big mistake, they have been awful!!! I can't wait until my lease is up so that we can go back to Nardy.

Thanks for all the replies. We went around all afternoon yesterday and I cannot believe the monthly payments on some of these cars. I don't know how people buy cars anymore.
We hit Toyota after the onda odyessy price almost gave me a heart attack and we quoted $396 per month for a Used 08 Sienna??? What???
We need to get a car fast as we are giving my car to my mom since her's was totalled in an accident and she can't afford to buy or lease one herself but I don't know what the heck we are going to do. The prices are insane and we don't have a lot to put down.
maybe i'll just buy a bike...

If you don't mind coming into Queens I recommend Paragon Honda. They are great and really work with you on pricing. Their goal is to make the sales which pretty much benefits us as the customer. What I pay on my accord compared to what others pay is

I bought from Huntington Honda but was thoroughly annoyed with the process.
I've heard great things about Nardy.
For Chrysler, my mom likes the one on Huntington on Jericho Tpke.

the ones that I like and have had good experiences with are
Honda City in Levittown
Atlantic Honda
The Honda dealership in Great Neck I had a bad experience with, charged me $1k to "fix" a problem I had to go to another car place 3 months later to ACTUALLY get it fixed

Toyotta and Honda minivans are very expensive.
Quite a few posters here opted for a Town and Country Minivan.
