finally have a closing date!
after almost 3 months of waiting, we are finally set to close on tuesday. so incredibly thrilled. we have no idea what the heck we're doing, but we'll figure it out

YAY !!! did you have to get your b!tch on with them ??
It was soooooo much easier then DH and I thought it would be ! We were in and out of BFCU's lawyers office in an hour ! We had to get 3 bank checks before hand, and I wrote out 2 personal checks there....that's it ! It is a lot of signing, but worth it !!

Everything seems to be drama with them !! 
not sure why we didn't close @ the office. If I remember correctly your buying situation is different then ours so maybe that's why 
 that your closing goes as smoothly as ours !!
