Ethan is waking up every night at midnight and screams for 2 hours straight.

Please help me. At 10 mos old, I have ZERO experience w this. I let him cry for a LONG time (CIO). I held him, I rocked him, I am at a loss. 3rd night in a row.

Went to bed at 7pm.

I feel like I am going to get kicked out of my apartment.

I'm guessing teeth. It really bothers them at night.

This was the exact age Mason started doing that. He was a great sleeper starting around 4 months. When his top two teeth were coming in it was a nightmare for a while. He was teething so bad and wouldn't go to sleep for us unless we rocked him then he got up a few times all night.
We finally had a Ped appt and asked if he was sick. She said he was teething bad and all the other stuff was b/c of the teething... runny nose, waking, screaming, diaper rash, etc. When they FINALLY broke through we got a sound machine and made him CIO a few nights and since then he's been fine.
Just a thought. Could be completely different case for you

My guess would be teething too. Just try comforting him and maybe keep up with the CIO? Are you giving him tylenol or teething tablets (if it is teething?)?

i'd try motrin for teething!

I would say teething or he is having a growth spurt and is hungry. Did you try giving him a bottle?
