Prepaid International calling cards
Where do you buy them?
DH & I are leaving next week for the DR & need to be able to call home daily to check on our two boys....I can't find out of the post office sells them

I usually buy them when I get to the country I'm visiting (we've done it in Aruba and Mexico).

I feel like a lot of supermarkets have them... but those might be just to use in the US to call other countries. Buying them in the country you're visiting may be the best way to go.

Problem with this is we will not be leaving the resort & I don't want to chance NOT getting one. I guess I will look around here this week & see if I can find them

When we went to the DR we added international to our AT&T plan for a month.
Don't remember the amount but it was cheap.
Maybe something you can look into.
