my so fell down stairs at 4pm fell asleep at 7 sleeping since when i wake him every hour he looks around responds to my commands walks around but just wants to sleep

from 4-7 was playing talking responding no signs of injury



is this wanting to sleep normal he has been up since 8 and playing since 11am with only 30min nap
