Please Recco Deep Conditioner
My hair is so dry 
I'm looking for a good deep conditioner (either daily or weekly ... I'm open to suggestions)!

Its Bumble & Bumble. I think its called Deep. I used it when I went from black hair to light brown with blond highlights and it worked. My hair was stripped from lifting the black out and it made my hair so soft. Its not cheap but worth it.

Kerastase Nutritive Nutridefense Masque For Dry And Sensitised Hair
they sell it at maximus and salon pop. Im sure more salons have it too. pricey but you use it like 1-2 times a week and it lasts a long time.
