and advice/opinions about northport?
We found a house today in northport we like. Anyone live there...have any input? Schools?

Northport is awesome!!!! Schools are pretty good, the village is awesome to walk around in.
I live in East Northport and we love to go down to Northport Village and do a picnic on the lawn and watch the boats.

Northport schools are very good. The downtown is great. I don't even live in Northport but often go to downtown Northport for a stroll. The shops are great and some nice restaurants too. The waterfront is beautiful and 2 nice parks for the kids. IMO, you can't go wrong with Northport.
