Breakfast finger food questions
Do you make pancakes from scratch or do you use a box/bag? If you use a box/bag what brand do you use? How do you freeze the pancakes?
Do you give your DC whole wheat bread or white?
For french toast- how do you freeze it?

I make a large batch of pancakes every weekend, either apple or banana (blueberry was too messy). I make about 25 and freeze 3 to a ziploc bag.
When I make french toast I just make enough for the day. I usually use wheat bread.

ETA: I use box mix. I usually use the complete kinds that just require water.
