This may sound like a silly question regarding food.
But at what age did you let you DC start eating peppers, onions, mushrooms and tomatoes?

ETA: I have the crockpot going today and all those items are int here and curious if I can let DS have it. He is 10 months old. The tomaotes are stewed if that matters

I'm going to start putting onion in his chicken at 6m. Peppers, Tomatoes, and other things, if it makes sense, I'll add it. But I'm still paranoid, so I'll probably wait 3 days for reaction to anything new.
Mushrooms don't really puree well and don't really mash well, not sure about those. I'll probably wait till we have teeth.

I would give all of those things without hesitation. DC have actually had everything except mushrooms (only b/c I don't like them so never make them). They are 9.5 months.

I avoided (and still avoid) peppers. Only because of gas. Get gets gassy and when she was that young it was super bothersome. Otherwise she had all of that.
