Would you wear pants to a wedding?
If it was outside, in the evening, and you didn't have much else to wear, and weren't close with anyone (DH's friend)....or would you look last minute for a dress or skirt?

I think flowy pants are appropriate for an older woman...but I would try to find a dress.

I wouldn't. I'd just suck it up and wear a skirt/dress (and make sure to cover with bug spray before I went).

No. I love dresses and never miss a chance to wear them. I think dresses are more appropriate for a wedding.

I would prefer to wear a dress to a wedding by far, but if I didn't have one at all, I guess I'd wear pants. As long as it's dressy enough, I think it's fine.

I agree. I wore a pant suit to one of DH's friends weddings with really nice funky heels and jewelry and everyone complimented how nice it looked...other than that I would go with a dress

I would never wear pants to a wedding but that is just me. I have seen plenty of older women wear dressy pants suits to a wedding and I think that is fine...

Personally, I would never wear pants to a wedding. I feel like I have rarely ever seen anyone do it unless they were much older.
