Buying handbags from Ebay?
Does anyone do this? What has been your experience?
I just won a bid for a Marc Jacobs bag I love that was pre-owned. It was $250 and now DH is making me nervous that it is not real or will be sent in bad condidtion. I told him next time I will try NOT to save money and buy the nordstrom one for $500!!
I didnt get it in the mail yet so I guess we will see. Just wanted to see if anyone else did this/

Always get the purse authenticated by the Purse Forum (just google it) before you bid -- the women there can spot a fake from a mile away.

I haven't but as long as its a reputable seller (ie has sold designer bags in the past and has a great feedback score)

Yes, definitely go to the purse forum. Thanks to the girls here, I was able to have the bag I was interested in authenticated.

There are some legit people on there selling. Beth who belongs to this website used to sell on ebay. So it is possible.
