Buying purses from ebay
Do you do it? If something is NWT, is it very likely it is authentic?
I'm longing for a new bag, so I figured I'd check ebay, and found one I like. It doesn't end for a few days, but it may be a good deal.

I just bought a Dior wallet that said NWT/Authentic. Yeah...fake tags that they photocopied. Be careful...

NWT, authentification cards and/or a reciept does not guarantee authenticity.
You really need to know your stuff or make sure it's a reputable seller.
Generally, if it's too good to be true...it is.
ETA: I've purchased probably 20+ handbags off of Ebay. Of the 20, two were fakes. The first one was due to my own ignorance...it was one of my first Ebay purchases 6+ years ago. I took a loss, but it wasn't significant. The second one was 3+ years ago and I got my money back.  (I don't think the seller even realized it was a fake.)

It really depends. I bought a real Coach from Ebay, but got scammed when I got a "real Gucci" that is obviously fake.

I got scammed on a LV purse....I was so freaking ****** because the seller had really good rating also and the bag wasnt cheap either!! when I realized that it wasnt authentic I went to contact the seller and they are no longer a seller on ebay!!
Now I have a bag I HATE and cant get rid of it!!

I never trust Sellers that use stock photos for something like that. Especially when their return policy is "Final Sale, No Returns."
They should have more images of the bag posted in the listing like they did with the other bags.

don't buy from them. They are a new ebayer AND used stock photos, not the real bags photos.

Thanks girls! I am so wanting a new bag, and I really like Kooba and Aaneta. Can anyone recommend any reputable ebay sellers or stores?
I need a good deal though. Don't want to spend much over $200-$250. Is this possible?

My bosses wife just got scammed. She bought an "Authentic" Jimmy Choo and paid quite a few $$$ for it, but it's definitely not real. She's really annoyed with herself for being taken in.

my friend got scammed on ebay. she bought a coach bag, the price was definately too good to be true. when it arrived, it was not only a fake but a completely different style and color. i personally would not buy high end bags off of ebay. you never know! this person had good feedback aslo, how i do not know!

ive seen some of this authentic crap on ebay , like the others said you have to really know your stuff or the seller people get scammed on there all the time! id rather go the safe route and buy it in the store
