How do you sterilize your DC's bottles when you have no dishwasher or microwave?
I was using the dishwasher to sterilize DD's bottles at the old house but our new house has no dishwasher and no microwave....how you do you sterlize your bottles??
TIA!
ETA: That we have no microwave...is boiling them in water my only option?
We are getting a microwave later this month when our home tax credit comes in.

We use the Medela steam bags. Sometimes I will just boil them for 5 minutes.
But we use the Drop In bottles, so I only have to sterilize nipples and nipple rings. Not the actual bottles themselves.

Boil them or they make sterilizer bags you put in the microwave.

ONCE you have a microwave - i'd get the munchkin sterilizer bags....they're fantastic...
it is said that you don't HAVE to sterilize bottles except before the first use...but as we don't have a dishwasher either, i always have...
you could just wash them in the hottest water your hands can stand and do it that way until you get a microwave...

Boil them in water.
We have both a dishwasher and a microwave but we always just boiled a pot of water and threw in the nipples let it boil a few minutes and presto!
We had drop ins so nipples were the only part that needed to be sterilized

I don't.  Seriously though, I boil the nipples when we first buy them (we use drop ins) and that's it. They just get washed like anything else.

i put brand new bottles in boiling water for 5 minutes. after that i just wash with soapy water and rinse with very hot water.

That is what i have been doing for now...i guess i will keep doing that until we get a microwave...thanks for the tip on the munchkin bags...
