Spinoff to Disney post...
What is your absolute most favorite restaurant in Disney and why?
DH and I are going soon and we need to book reservations since we're now allowed to book 180 days in advance.
I like the theme-y ones - we've done Crystal Palace a couple of times and last year did the Hoop Dee Doo (LOVED it). This time I want to do Chef Mickey's.
We also really enjoyed California Grill, Le Cellier, and Cap'n Jacks.
What other ones do you suggest?
Oh and we're going to do the Candlelight Processional at Epcot so is there one at Epcot that you love (besides Coral Reef)?
TIA!

Re: Spinoff to Disney post...
absolute favorite is Victoria & Alberts in the Grand Floridian. It's a price fixe 7 course menu for $125. Wine pairings are another $60 or $80. The best meal I've ever had!! It's the only adults-only restaurant in Disney. Coats and ties are required for men and dress pants or dress for women.
After that we love California Grill, the hibachi tables at Japan, Le Celliar in Canada and the sci fi diner in MGM

California Grill is our favorite. I'd like to take DH to Shula's b/c the menu is written on a football.

I must say, I love the Hoop Dee Doo too...the food is decent, but I just love the silliness of the show!
I don't know if I have one favorite, so I'll put a few.
California Grill Narcoossee's Tutto Italia (in Epcot) Liberty Tree Tavern (MK - not sure why, but there's something I like about this place...although it used to be character dining which made me laugh, but I don't think it is anymore...) Citrico's (never been, but my parents really like it)
Go to this site and you can check out all of the menus

Oh, and make sure you go to Jellyrolls!!!

Just thought of this, but since you said you like the themed ones like Hoop De Doo, have you ever tried the luau at the Polynesian? I haven't been in years, but that could be fun!

Re: Spinoff to Disney post...
At EPCOT I love the Land Grille Room. It's a character meal now, and it's the only one we did on our trip there for my 30th bday last year.
At MK, my favorite restaurant is definitely the Liberty Tree Tavern. We were there during the electric light parade (or whatever it's called now) and I loved how the whole interior lit up from the parade floats. I also love the homey food there.
There was a great Steak House type place at the Yacht Club years ago that I remember enjoying but I don't remember the name right now.
At the Studios, I can't help but always want to go to the 50s Prime Time Cafe. It just makes me happy in there.

No problem! Like I said, I haven't been in years so I'm not sure how it is now, but you can find some reviews on the link I posted above with the menus. Good luck!

Re: Spinoff to Disney post...
If you like theme type places DH and I were surprised this past trip that we enjoyed Biergarten - it was a lot of fun.
Sci Fi drive in is always fun (just stick to burgers and shakes b.c the food is eh) but you sit in a car and it is like going to a drive thru.
Coral reef is nice if you can get a view of the tanks in the front.
Ohana is a fun atmosphere as well.
If you are willing to try something new - Marrakesh is interesting - they have music and a belly dancer. Even if you aren't adventurous they do have fillet shesh kabob and things like couscous.
We always have a nice meal at San Angel Inn - good margaritas and sangria - you sit in what is like an outdoor market and there is a smoking volcano and mayan temple in the background - as well as the water ride that floats next to the restaurant.
