Returning Motherhood maternity pants...
Does anyone know if there is anything I can do? I haven't tried to go there yet, but I can see them saying no.
I bought 3 pairs of pants (2 convertible capris, 1 dress pants) 2.5 weeks ago and they each have a defect on them. The pair of pants that I bought to go to the funeral a couple of weeks ago, with tags on had a hole in the belly part before ever wearing them, but I couldn't return them because we were driving up to NY that night for the funeral immediately upon arrival in NY so I had no choice but to wear them, another pair on the top part of the waist has already unraveled so it's not as tight anymore and then the 3rd pair now has a hole in the but right next to the pocket seam. It's fairly large and I can't wear them. WTH is up with these pants? I've washed and dried them according to the label? How can all 3 pairs be defective already? It's only been 2.5-3 weeks? I have the receipt but it says that you can return items that aren't worn or damaged? I spent $100 on pants I desparately needed and couldn't afford at the time to only having to buy new one's? I can't afford it right now? Do you think I can take them back?

I would go and speak with a manager... and if they won't at least let you exchange them (which is their policy no matter what) I'd ask them how to get in touch with corporate, that's unacceptable for them to be selling such crappy clothing.

ITA!!! I would definitely go and talk to them ASAP. It's not like you're asking them to give you your money back, you just want another pair. GL!
