I received a cocktail ring that I ordered from them yesterday. Its big and filled with colorful Swarovski crystals. When I took the ring out of the bag it came in, one of the crystals fell out of the bag as well. I looked on the ring and sure enough, it was missing a stone. I know they have no exchanges or returns on jewelry but I am going to call them about this. I was just wondering if anyone has any experience with something similar before I call. I'm so bummed!
