I've never ordered from Gap.com before- but about 3 weeks ago, I ordered DD some things from there. I expected it to ship quickly considering I thought it was a reliable company.

Well, after about a week of it not being shipped, I called their customer service line. They promised me it would ship soon- but it had not shipped yet. Well, when I got home that day, it had been delivered. I figured there were just behind in updating the status of the order on the website.

Now, a week after I got the shipment, they sent me an email stating that the items are backordered! I just find this so weird and am really suprised consdering how popular the website is to order from!

Anyone else experience this?
