Washing bottles in dishwasher ...
What detergent do you use?
Seventh Generation seems to be leaving a film and spots on the bottles.
Cascade was leaving blue specs, that I had to manually brush off.
Any recommendations or suggestions?

Have you tried vinegar in the rinse cycle?

I use the Cascade liquid and haven't had any issues.

Putting vinegar in the rinse dispenser makes dishes come out cleaner. Doesn't always work, but may be worth a try.
