what color shoes with this dress??WITH PICS****
my dd who is 13 is going to the 8th grade dance and she is wearing theis dress which is light blue and a cornflower blue I guess......she has black shoes which she really likes
does it go together??or would a silver shoe be better??

My first choice would also be silver shoes. Black sandals can work as well but just with thinner straps.

My DD is 13 also. While I agree that the silver shoes may look better, the black shoes don't look bad. The most important thing to realize is that SHE likes them and if she is comfortable in them, then let her wear them. She is not going to want to have on brand new shoes that night. She is going to want to be comfortable and relaxed. The 8th grade dance will be stressful enough, at least her feet should feel good.

my immediate thought is silver but the black doesn't look horrible. if you don't have silver shoes for her, i wouldn't go running out to buy them since the black isn't bad.
