OK now this is pizzing me off, that last scene with Meredith  They went from "suspenseful" to ridiculous with that one.

Not in the silly sense, just in the OVER THE TOP sense, so much happened in that 5 mins it was TOO MUCH.

What a seriously amazing episode. I was sitting here with my girlfriend going nuts at every scene.
When Owen went into the OR and Cristina was operating with the shooter's gun to her head --- I thought I was gonna need oxygen. UNFREAKINGREAL!
How much you wanna bet that Meredith doesnt' want to tell Derek about the miscarriage next season?

My DH looks at Meredith holding the digital PG test and said "I CAN SEE THE STICKER!!!". Fake test. Yeah I know it was TV, but you'd think that someone knew a PG woman and that woman could have peed on a stick to make it look real. I would have done it happily to collect royalties!

Holy Crap!!! I just finished watching (paused it and got to FF thru the commercials )
That was an AWESOME episode!!! My heart was pounding and I was on the edge of my seat the entire time. I'm glad it wasn't a cliffhanger. I do wonder what is going to happen with the Lexie/Karev/Sloan thing. I am actually torn about who I want her with.
Did anyone else have a hard time feeling sadness when that Mercy West guy died? I feel like if it was a character I cared about I would have been sobbing.

I was so sad when Alex thought Lexi was Izzy and when the doctor with Dr. Bailey was dying. Mandy Moore was excellent - I didn't even realize it was Mandy Moore towards the end...

This was probably the best episode I have ever seen of a tv show..or really close to it. Unreal...i cried through the entire show. So many parts to discuss..I wouldnt even know where to start.
Bailey is amazing..the scene with that doctor was HEARTWRENCHING. When the hottie doc with the light eyes disconnected the plugs..to make it look like Derek died..unreal! Just so much of it, UNREAL. When Alex got shot, I jumped off the couch..truly an unbelievable episode.

I love Lexie she is too cute and her scenes were great! With kerev and alone with the shooter! and I kinda hope she goes with Sloane! He is growing on me as a good guy!
Poor reed, didn't like the character, but still sad and she played a dead person really well! I cringe at the eyes open! 
So intense! I am emotionally and mentally drained...but shockingly I cry at commercials and didn't cry at all at this episode! VERY weird for me!
