Outside work *** with lots of PICS
We bought our house last May and it was in pretty good shape except for outdoors and our Central AC wasn't working. So we finally got into it.
After getting many quotes from different businesses and reading the recommendations over here, here's who we decided to go with and couldn't be any happier...
Central AC

Pavers
Fernando from Doctor Pavers

I heard so much about Fernando here and you girls were so right, he was phenomenal, he and his team were very professional and so nice, and it took them only 10 days from start to finish. He included us in the design process allowing us to help him figure out the curves and other small details in the project. Other guys would come in and do whatever they thought was right without consulting you, if you really want to be in control of what your project looks like he is the guy for you. His suggestions on the color and style of our pavers worked out awesome. We added a firepit at the very end and he was able to integrate it into our back patio without any problem. He is VERY involved in the day to day operation of the project unlike some guys who may come the first day and the last day to pick up the check. His workers are clean and respectful.
Landscaping
Fabio Complete Landscaping

Fabio came recommended by Fernando and what a nice guy, just like Fernando, he was so easy to deal with and did an amazing job grading, leveling and putting sod in our front and backyard even came back twice to check the sod and make sure it was getting enough water. He also does complete landscaping maintenance work and we may use him in the future to mantain our lawn and flower beds.
FENCE
Carl's Fence

We were between Carl's Fence and Liberty but Liberty never returned our calls so we went with Carl's Fence which had a very good customer service and were good with our schedule. We love our picket gates and they did a good job of matching the existing fence in our backyard.

Hello!
Thank you so much for posting because I need my lawn re-graded and looking into sod. Can you PLEASE give me an estimate on what your project cost? I know every project is different but I am just curious. FM if you feel more comfortable. I will call Fabio tomorrow and can tell him that you recommended him. Maybe that will help you if use him in the future.
Your house looks beautiful! I love everything especially your front stoop!

omg it's gorgeous! I love everything. Fernando did a great job. I love the fire pit.....I love it all. what kind of pattern is that? I would also love to know how much you paid for the leveling and sod. We need to get this done after Fernando does our yard.
Fernando starts our project on Monday. We can't wait.

Thank you so much Jen, the pattern is a combination of 6X6 and 6X9 pavers set at a 45 degree angle with a custom border at a different color.
Can't wait to see the amazing job Fernando will do at your house LOVE him!
And I HIGHLY recommend Fabio for leveling and sod, he is just like Fernando, you'll love him.
