cruise with a 7 month old
we are booking a crusie leaving out of ny next month. nothing like waiting till the last minute for us
ds will be 7.5 months old by then.
although i know to pack the basics (formula bottles jar food cereal) i have so many questions.. what about bowls spoons etc? should i get the take and toss ones?
while ive been on rcc its only been dh and i soo i need help
i have the bugaboo frog ds sleeps great in it bc it reclines completly.. i also have the peg perego aria - i have no clue which 1 to bring.. my sister said they both may not fit in the door to our room bc the doors are narrow and she had a problem with her bugaboo chamellion (spelling sorry!).... ds will not sleep in an umbrella stroller so thats not an option
how did u bathe dc? i went out and bought an inflatable tub but dh said it prob wont work bc the bathroom is kinda narrow to fit the tub.
also did anyone ever cruise and take out insurance in case u need to see the dr om board? should i add this ? its an extra $200 but i heard they only give u otc meds.. so is it really worth it? ds is prone to ear infections should i ask the dr give me a script i can fill b4 i leave?
im panicked to even go away
eta: should i bring his sheets?

Re: cruise with a 7 month old
We went on a cruise when DD was 7 months and it was GREAT! We had a room with a balcony which made it a lot easier. We did get a PNP provided by the cruise line and DD slept in that. We also got an inflatable tub and bathed DD in it our on the balcony. Our cruise line also provided baby food, so I didn't have to bring any of that - I just brough yogurt b/c DD loved that. And yes, def do the take and toss! I also recommend getting disposable bibs that way you don't have to lug home all tose dirty bibs. I was EBF so bottles weren't an issue for me, but make sure you bring dish soap and a sponge to wash the bottles with!!
Otherwise, have a great time, we had a blast and I would def do it again! 7 months was such a great age to do it in my opinion!!!
