Where is DH when you take a test? UPDATED with a part 2 lol
do you ladies test when he is home so if its a BFP he will be there with you?
or do you test at all different times and if you do get a BFP you'll call him or whatever and tell him?
part 2 - does he know you are taking the test? Like does he tell you if you test positve to just call him or you dont tell him you are even testing and then its a surprise?

I actually perfer to test when he isn't home since I sometimes get really really down with the negatives. He does't need to see me cry over the pee stick, I figure when we get our BFP I'll be able to surprise him!

This is usually my plan, but if you saw my post above, this am, (as in 3 am), he was outside with the dog. When I first saw the positive, I planned to not say and surprise him tonight, but I couldn't contain myself.
ETA: Part 2. No I never told him I was testing.

ROFL....yeah I wouldn't be able to contain myself either, I'd be the crazy woman running down the deserted street wth waving my pee stick!!!

he's usually at work, unless it's the weekend. i agree with PP's that I'd rather be alone so i can wallow over a BFN in privacy. it would be GREAT to run out of the bathroom to DH with a BFP, though.

He is usually at work. I take them in the mornings when I get up so I can use FMU and he is already at work by the time I get up. If it is on the weekend then he is usually in the living room but like a PP said I would rather take them alone too.
ETA: Answering part 2...I would say 99% of the time he has no idea that I have even taken a test.

I don't POAS until I miss a period but if I do POAS I don't tell DH b/c he always wants me to wait another day or so.

lol, i dont even tell him im testing!! I dont think he could handle it lol
No matter how many times we bd when the time comes that I get my BFP my dh is going to be in shock!

I wake up earlier than my DH to go to work and I test with FMU ... so if it's a weekday, my DH is usually still in bed  
He knows when I am going to test... basically, I won't tell him I'm going to test but then I'll test like at 10dpo, get a negative.. and he KNOWS I am going to test compulsively every morning after till my beta or AF shows 
ETA: I should add that we are going through medicated IUI cycles with an RE so my DH is fully aware of when the 2ww is, etc and when my beta is scheduled.
