which sippy cup did you get for your 6 month old?

DS keeps grabbing my glass while I am drinking and yesterday he even drank a little bottled water from my glass (it was so cute) so I really want to get him his own sippy cups. ( He will be 6 months in 2 weeks).

When did you DC start using it and did you put BM or FM in it (like the full bottle amount they would normally have?)

i tried with born free sippy cups bc he uses the born free bottles that didnt work.

ive been trying the nuby and he seems to play wiht it more than use it as a sippy cup. ds does seem interesred in my cup or bottle of water thats why i introduced it.
i used a little forumla in it then used water during his lunch..

i give it to him every day and im making him get used to it. i dont think hes 100% ready for it though

I introduced it around 6 months. I put a little bit of BM in it. He love to use the soft spout nuby one, now I just put water in it because it doesn't all go in his mouth! I recently got the ones with the hard spout but he makes a face at them. I think he has a hard time getting anything out of them.

DD has the most success with the Nuby sippy cups.

Just got some Munchkin BPA free Brand Handle ones with a soft spout when they were on sale at BRU. I put water in it. Like an oz. they cannot really get it to their mouthes yet but I give it to them to play with , and get used to the spout and tipping it etc.

My DS is 6.5 months and we just got the Dr.Brown's sippy cup since those are the bottles we use. Will be trying it out today with some water.

I gave DS the Nuby ones that have the different spouts but so far he is just playing with it.
