Jewelry to go with this dress?
I can not find Jewelry that I like with this dress at all. I dont think I am a fan of the drop necklace. The jeweled broach on the side is making it hard for me to decide what to get for my girls.. 
I was thinking these?
Can anyone recommend something better?
do we like these at all?

I agree with the PP. With those earrings you won't need a necklace.
If you do feel that you do, then something along this style (collar necklace very small and simple)
<not the actual necklace just the style>

My friend used this as her BM dress & the girls all wore a small pendant like Miss Radiant posted, and small drop earrings like
this
The jewel on thew dress falls on the side you don't see it much from straight on, so it isn't distracting.
